Many clients come to us thinking that their custom parts will require complicated processes and long lead times. While this is sometimes the case, our extensive experience in spring manufacturing makes even the most complicated parts much easier and faster to achieve.
Take, for example, a client we recently worked with who needed a custom part made from 302 stainless steel. This particular client needed a part for a household product that required a multi-step process to form. Ultimately the part called for unwinding wire, straightening wire, forming the wire, cutting, heat treating, passivating, and packaging.
