At the Plymouth Spring Company, Inc., a big part of what makes us an industry leader is our outstanding fourslide stamping service. Fourslide stamping is a unique process that combines forming and stamping all in one machine. Our fourslide stamping can produce up to 10,000 pieces per hour all while holding tolerances of ±.003″. We take your brass, copper, bronze and steel and manufacture cost-effective and high-quality components for your lighting fixtures, appliances, battery contacts and power tools.

We operate a state of the art facility that is equipped to accommodate any size production requirement–from a single piece to multi-year contract manufacturing including millions of finished parts. A key factor in our success is that we have complete control over production, including tooling that is designed and fabricated in-house. All tooling is produced by our staff of highly skilled toolmakers using CAD/CAM software and utilizing our state-of-the-art HAAS CNC milling machine.

Fourslide stamping is known for its diversity; we operate equipment that is enhanced further with the ability to perform in-machine tapping, eliminating what can be a costly and time-consuming secondary operation. When additional processes are required, we can offer in-house capabilities such as deburring, welding, and special packaging. If your project requires additional finishing processes, we have access to a large network of trusted vendors who can provide virtually any finishing requirement. All of our fourslide stamped products meet or exceed top industry standards, and can be manufactured in full compliance with requirements from ANSI, ASME, ASTM, DFARS, ISO, MIL-SPEC, and much more.

With hundreds of years of experience all under one roof, our team can combine our knowledge base and talent to deliver you a high quality, low-cost part on time every time.
